Your pump needs to be serviced yearly; we will be sure to remind you when your service is due. The system can only be serviced through iMist to maintain the warranty.
No, the iMist system can only be activated by genuine fire temperature. The bulbs used in our system are the same that are used in fire suppression systems all over the world.
