About Residential Installation

Many housing associations and care homes have entrusted us to complete their fire protection installations whilst tenants are still in the building. Our goal is always for a project to run as smoothly and quickly as possible.

We aim to minimise disruption wherever possible when retrofitting existing buildings, and also provide much quicker installations than traditional fire sprinkler systems, especially in new-build properties.

FEATURED CASE STUDY

Student Accommodation

Caradog House is one of our residential student accommodation projects. Our iMist system was installed in 700 student apartments.

The iMist Fire Suppression Installation Process

We aim to keep the entire installation process as simple and stress-free as possible.
From your initial enquiry and installation to annual servicing.

Initial Contact

Once you have called us or sent through your initial inquiry for an iMist fire suppression system, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your project requirements.

Property Survey

iMist will arrange a site visit from one of our qualified engineers. During the visit, the water mist hose routes, pump location, and site contacts will be discussed and agreed. Following the initial visit, the mist fire suppression installation will be booked.

Installation

The iMist system installation process comprises two steps. An iMist engineer will arrive with high-pressure hoses plus the final layout. The second fix visit involves our engineers arriving on-site with the iMist nozzles and pump.

After Care

Once your iMist system has been installed, we can set up an SMS reminder for annual services, power outages or alerts if the system activates – giving you peace of mind when it comes to complete fire protection.
