Will I get a certificate after installation, to give to my Building Control?
Yes, once your system has been installed and commissioned, you will receive a completion certificate via email from iMist.Will I need to service my pump?
Your pump needs to be serviced yearly; we will be sure to remind you when your service is due. The system can only be serviced through iMist to maintain the warranty.
What maintenance is required?
The iMist system requires annual maintenance. We know our customers have busy lives so we keep a record in-house and will email you, and contact you by post, a few weeks before the service due date as a reminder.
