This Hertfordshire loft conversion required a fire suppression system, as the owners also planned to remove a ground floor wall to create an open-plan living space. The implementation of the iMist™ System on the ground floor allowed them to have a safe escape route in the event of a fire.

The building control officer approved the installation of the iMist™ water mist system as a compensatory solution for the conversion, allowing our customer to achieve their open-plan living vision while still ensuring safety and compliance.
