Background

Row House Modular Buildings are manufactured and designed in their own UK based factory. With a choice of two, two and a half or three storey options, they create a uniquely designed, dream home, with the possibility of expansion further down the line. Our iMist™ fire suppression systems were fitted, by our engineers, at the Row House Modular UK Factory.

This ensures that every detail is perfect before the home is transported to site and craned into place. Additional works are then carried out when the properties are in their final position. This project consisted of a 50+ housing development.

Solution

The client contracted iMist™ as our system reduced the expensive square meterage that would have been lost, to a sprinkler water supply tank. The reduction of post-fire water damage, in the event of a fire activation, was also a deciding factor. iMist™ were able to offer a solution which uses only 6 litres of water per minute (lpm), per nozzle, thus minimising this potential damage.
